Product Discontinuation Notice by Frontier Medical Group
Thank you for being a loyal customer of Frontier Medical Group. We are emailing to inform you of a Product Discontinuation Notice for WaterGenie.
The product contained in this notice will no longer be manufactured and has been discontinued effective from 1st December, 2022.
As a promise to our customers, we will continue to fulfil all manufacturer’s warranty commitments and provide Servicing Support for the remaining duration of the warranty.

Please note this does not affect any other range of products, and relates to WaterGenie only.

The 12 month warranty remains in effect for all WaterGenie units and is valid from the date of invoice. If a replacement or spare parts are required as part of warranty coverage the original warranty end date will continue to be in effect.

There is no option to extend the warranty for WaterGenie units.

The WaterGenie product has been discontinued effective immediately from 1st December 2022 and will no longer be manufactured or supplied. Unfortunately, we are unable to support after the 12 month warranty expires and would not be able to provide alternative suppliers.

Unfortunately not, but we can train loan store depot staff so that they can carry out the set up and training in patients homes.
